Birthday Haul 2015

Hey guys!

My birthday was April 21st, I'm now 11 years old. :) Today I'm going to be showing you what I got. So let's get started!

Overview. :D

I went to Bath & Body Works and got the French Lavender & Honey scent of spray and hand lotion.

My ADORABLE Build-A-Bear. (I love stuffed animals and I'm not ashamed.) ;) I named her Spice.

Sneakers from Payless...

Sandals from justice...

Then I got this copy of Little Women. I have an abridged version but I've never read the full one, and the cover is BEAUTIFUL so I just had to buy it.

Mary Poppins, all four books in one. I love the movie but I have never read the books (actually I'm in the middle of the first one and it is good so far).
A Snicker of Magic. I finished this book and I love it to pieces! I totally recommend it!!

I also got some hair stuff,

And TONS of clothes from Justice. :)

So that's what I got for my birthday. Thanks for reading everyone!

  2. Happy belated birthday, Lydia! :D I loved seeing the items you got! Your new stuffed kitty, Spice, is adorable! ^_^ I still love stuffed animals, too :)
Oh, and I know this is super random, but I was just wondering, have you ever heard of/read the "Epic Order Of The Seven/The Amazing Tales Of Max And Liz" series by Jenny L. Cote?
If not, I would really recommend checking them out!
Jenny L. Cote is a Christian author, and this series is a Christian one, too ;)
The books center mainly around a Scottish terrier named Max, and a French black cat, Liz, and their friends.
The series is kind of hard to explain just in a comment, so I'll just copy and paste in a bit of the description about the book from the Christian Book website my mom purchases the books from:
"The Amazing Tales of Max and Liz/ The Epic Order Of The Seven is a Christian fiction series that takes Max and Liz through biblical to modern times, causing amazing things to happen behind the scenes in human history."
These novels are really well-written, and I think Jenny L. Cote does a great job portraying the characters and the scenes accurately while including her animal characters, and I love that the books are a bit longer than the average series--one of them was actually 521 pages long!
Though they are fairly long books, the plot moves along well, and keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time ;)
Oh, and they are really awesome for all ages--I actually got my whole family into these books, including my grandma, great-aunt, and even my 94-year-old Great-Grandma! :D Well, I suppose I've rambled about this series enough, and lovely post as usual! ;)

    1. Thanks! I know, when I woke up the day of my birthday, I was like, "WOAH IN TWO MORE YEARS I'LL BE *13*" instead of being all amazed at me being 11. xP

    1. Thanks!

      That is so cool.

Yeah, me too. Most of them are from thrift stores. (This one person dumped TONS on the lady and we swept up quite a few.) LOL, that would be fun!

      I'm planning on it. ;)
