Merry Christmas 2016

Hello everyone!!

Just a super quick (and quite late) post to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!!

I hope everyone had a fun time celebrating, opening gifts and spending time with their families, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, who came into the world to save us, sinners, and take for us the punishment we rightly deserve.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, and whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."
-John 3:16

Yesterday I went the Christmas Eve service at my church for the first time ever. It was my first Christmas ever at home, so we got to go. It was lovely and at the end we all sang Silent Night and everybody got a candle that they held while they sang it. Then afterward my friends and I all had a gift exchange.

I also got some gifts I'm really excited about, but that will have to wait for another time. Thank you to my parents and friends for all the wonderful presents!!!

And, if you don't celebrate Christmas, that's cool! Hope you had a fun, peaceful day. And if you celebrate a different holiday or only New Years, have fun with that too!! :D

See you guys in 2017.

Recently - 8

It's that time of the month again...time for another Recently. :D

Since I didn't have Little Town on the Prairie by Laura Ingalls Wilder on my bookshelf (I DID have a copy...I just don't know where it disappeared to...) and my next couple Trixie Belden books have yet to be ordered, I started reading The Hound of the Baskervilles. That's right, Sherlock Holmes. I'm loving it. It's such a brilliant book. And no, it's not all...*nervously glances out window*

Since I've been working on editing my Scarlet book for awhile now I decided to take a little break and write a modern Frozen retelling I've had in the back of my mind for awhile now. And no I'm not unhealthily obsessed with Frozen anymore I've just been watching a lot of SuperCarlinBrothers lately. ;)

Listening To
CHRISTMAS MUSIC!!! YAY!!!! Pentatonix, for KING & COUNTRY, Owl City, and David Crowder Band have some really good Christmas songs.

Voyager. More of it. I've gotten back into it again. ;) I just watched the episode called "Flashback" with Sulu and Janice Rand, and when they mentioned Kirk and Dr. McCoy. It was AWESOME! :D

Other Stuff
I dislike the new Blogger dash design. My reading list isn't right there anymore and for me it's out of sight out of mind. I always forget to check it and then I miss a ton of blog posts. :/
It's officially December and that means Christmas! It's going to be my first Christmas EVER at home, so I'm super excited. What do you guys think of the blog design? I decided I wanted to change it up a little bit for Christmas. It will be back to normal after the 25th. :)

Thanks for reading!

Favorite Youtube Channels

Hey guys!

I love watching YouTube, so I decided to make a list of my absolute favorite YouTube channels! I tend to like to hunt out the smaller Youtubers, but I also watch bigger ones too. Hope you guys enjoy!

Brooklyn and Bailey seem like one of the generic DIY/fashion/beauty/comedy video-makers that get made fun of a lot by parody channels, but I've been watching them for awhile and they are much more than that. They are so sweet and funny, and their family is wonderful. They are so energetic and happy! They have around 2,000,000 subscribers and they deserve it. Go check them out!

I've been watching thatssodorothy since 5,000 subscribers. Her channel has recently blown up and now she has over 70,000 subscribers, she's gaining like 200 a day!! WHAT?! But seriously she is so funny and likeable, she does DIYs and room tours and stuff like that but she definitely puts her own unique twist on everything she does. Her vlogs are also some of my favorites on YouTube, they are never boring and Dorothy always manages to make you laugh. She's also really real on her vlogs, and she's just an all-around awesome person. :D

theodd1sout makes Tumblr comics as well as Youtube videos, but I personally prefer his animations over his comics. I have binge-watched basically all of his videos, they are hilarious and fairly clean. I always get excited when he uploads a new video, and Jo and I watch it together. He makes animations and tells funny stories about whatever he feels like - I recommend his Sooubway videos. ;)

Although most people found her through, I originally found Amelia Gething on YouTube (and then of course followed her on too). She makes hilarious comedy videos that can sometimes be a little weird...oftentimes they don't make sense. I also blame her for a Bob Ross inside joke I have with my friends...definitely go check her out for some fairly clean and ridiculous comedy videos.

Fleur De Force mostly chats about makeup. She got married to her husband, Mike De Force, about 3 years ago and has a few dogs. It's fun to watch her vlogs as she lives a very exciting life and she can afford all the latest and most expensive makeup products, so if you are thinking about purchasing that new Urban Decay blush check out one of Fleur's videos and she will probably have gotten it. And it never seems like she's bragging, either. A+++ YouTuber!!

GemzMyLens is a friend of mine from online. She recently hit 100 subscribers and I'm really proud of her. ^.^ She makes tutorials/DIYs, vlogs, and makeup videos! Definitely go check her out.

I actually discovered their main (but less popular) channel before I started watching GMM. But now I watch this talk show, which comes out every weekday, whilst sipping my morning coffee. ;) Sometimes Rhett and Link make jokes that aren't so child-friendly...but for the most part they are an awesome channel!

That's all for today! There are lots of other YouTubers I love, including Minecraft YouTubers. I have subscribed to so many gaming channels I decided not to include them in this post or it would be waaaay too long. If you guys are interested in knowing my favorite Minecraft channels let me know!

Hope you guys enjoyed this post! Have you ever heard of any of these YouTubers before?

~Lydia~ <3

*Disclaimer: I can't guarantee that all of these YouTubers are completely clean all the time. They may occasionally swear, so watch at your own risk!

Back + Beta Readers

I'm back. Unfortunately my family member has passed away, but once again I know she is in Heaven with Jesus where she is free of pain and suffering.

Anyway, I recently finished editing my first novella! I started writing it on 6/22/2015 so it has been well over a year since I started the first draft. Since I am hoping I can get this book published, we all know what this means...BETA-READING TIME!! :D :D

What is a beta-reader, you ask? A beta-reader reads a book for the author and as they read they point out things (grammatical errors, things you could add, descriptions, and what they thought of the chapter or book overall).

But before you go to sign up, here is the synopsis:

Scarlet Paddleburrow is on a train headed for Upstate New York, where her new boarding school is located. Along the way, she meets a girl who is also going to the school - Kat Davids. Together the two girls decide to investigate the strange happenings on the train. But everything goes downhill from there, and it's a true test of Scarlet's bravery and the girls' friendship.

The book is meant for girls aged 8-12 (although younger or older could read it, too, if they wanted) and is the first book in a series. It's completely clean. No swear words or anything like that.

So, want to beta-read? Click HERE to sign up!

The book will hopefully be sent out about a week after I post this, and from there you will have around a month to read it. It's a novella that's well under 10,000 words so it shouldn't be too hard at all. :)

Thanks guys!

Sad Times

Hey guys,

A family member of mine is nearing the end of her life. She will probably pass away and go to Heaven very soon. As you can imagine I am extremely sad but I also know that God is in control, and He loves my family member and she loves Him.

I won't be posting anything for a couple of weeks. Thanks for understanding. :)

So Nation Novel Writing Month has STARTED and I am DOING IT and I am SCARED out of my MIND. xD Right now I'm making it above my word-count goals each day, I'm on track, and I'm really happy with my progress so far! But it takes up so much time guys, it's insane. O.o

I've also been slightly addicted to word wars. So fun!! And at the end of each one it makes you feel so productive! And on the website there is always somebody else doing one so you're never alone or without a partner.

My book is about a girl named Katie and her adventures. It's Children's Fiction and I'm feeling pretty good about it. I think it would be a bit much to try and even edit it (so I don't have many plans for this book) but I like writing it and that's all that matters.

If anybody wants to add me as a writing buddy on the website, here's my profile.

Posts may be a little sparse this month as I continue writing my 50,000-word book. But I will try to get posts up as often as I can. :D

Are you doing NaNo? How's that going for you? :P

Halloween 2015

Hello everyone!

Happy Halloween!! Today I'm going to be showing you my Halloween costume from last year..hehe. Maybe next year you'll get to see the costume I'm going to be wearing tonight. I'm being Sandy from Grease. Which I have actually never seen I didn't find out until later it was supposed to be based off of something so please don't judge me because I know I'm 12 and it's not really a good 12-year-old movie. :-)

I went to a friend's house for Halloween last year, and this year I'm going to a party sort of thing at a different friend's house. :)

So I was Yeomen Janice Rand from Star Trek: TOS. She's my favorite female character in the series and I was sad when she never returned after season one.

Here's a picture of her for reference:

(Now obviously, my dress wasn't that short and the neckline didn't dip down like that.) I looked online and it was almost impossible to find a Star Trek costume that wasn't from the new movies and was under $50.00.

So, I asked my mom, and she said that she would make the costume for me, just like the year before when I was Susan Pevensie from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. She ended up having to use three different patterns to get the look I wanted for the costume. I made my own box thingy (I forget the name) that she always wears over her shoulder with a shoebox and painted it black, and then I went to Payless and bought black boots.

So here is my final costume!

I could not and would not wear my hair in that weird weave thing, so I just did a bun on the top of my head. xD

So yeah, that was my Halloween costume last year. Hope you guys enjoyed!

Recently - 7

Sorry this Recently is a little late. I didn't have time to write a post until today.

I'm re-reading the Little House series. I know the first two books about the Ingalls family almost by heart, but I remember almost nothing about Farmer Boy and I want to read the later books in the series again, as those were some of my favorites. :)

I'm doing NaNoWriMo this year, it's going to be my first time. I'm very excited. :) I'm going to be writing the third book in my Scarlet mystery series. Leading up to November I am still doing a lot of editing on the first book. I am really happy with it so far and can't wait to look more into publishing!

Listening To
Good old Taylor Swift. :P

I watched a Disney Channel show for the first time in my life, Lab Rats. I have to say it is so stupid and unrealistic to actual high school but I liked it more then I thought I would. Not a show I would watch on the regular, though. :P

Other Stuff
I'm going to a junior high girls Bible study at my church! I'm really excited, also my friend's friend that I Skype-talk-to a lot but have only met once briefly in real life is coming, so I'll get to actually spend time with her irl :D
It's getting much colder and we are past our peak here in New Hampshire. So excited for Autumn! It's my favorite season. :)

10 Great Sleepover Movies

I held my first slumber party a couple days ago! I have had sleepovers with one or two friends before, but never with a bunch of people, so it was a lot of fun. :) [This was written in July, I've had a lot of other slumber parties since then. ;)]

We watched a LOT of movies and TV shows. We didn't have a Narnia movie marathon (BOOOOO), because I wanted to wait until a couple other friends could make it as well, but we still watched some fun ones.

So, I have compiled a list of ten great movies/TV shows to watch at your next sleepover.

Well...yeah...duh. The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, Prince Caspian, and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader are fun because you can watch them all at once without taking up a TON of time (like with Harry Potter or something).

This beautiful movie starring Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck is one of my absolute favorites. It's an adorable black-and-white film from 1953, and the ending is so bittersweet.

Preferably TOS or Voyager. We watched this at my slumber party. Most of my friends weren't a fan of it (WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE), but one person got absolutely hooked! It was awesome! xD

This movie is a musical, so some of the songs are annoying to be honest, but it's an adorable, feel-good movie. :)

The Hallmark Original Movies are clean and really cheesy.

I watched this for the first time at my slumber party, and it was so cute! I can see why it's Ted Cruz's some politician that I don't want to mention and cause controversy oh no I might offend someone by even mentioning his name (but he should have been President)'s favorite movie! There was one swear word towards the end, though. We were all shocked when we heard it. Just warning you. xD

I grew up on Little House - and this show has something for everyone, whether you want action or comedy or a really dramatic tear-jerking story. It all depends on the episode you watch.

I actually just mentioned this movie recently, I really enjoyed it although there was a lot of swearing. A good action-y movie. ;)

To be honest this is like a better, clean version of Now You See Me. Make sure you pick out the TV show, though! That's the one I meant. Not the remake movies.

Wonderful animated movie that made me tear up at the end. Tumblr-gif worthy, too, in my opinion. :3

There we go! My top 10 sleepover movies and TV shows. Hope you guys enjoyed! If you want to see more of my favorite movies (or which movies I didn't really like), you can always visit my Goodfilms here.

Have you ever watched any of these? What did you think of them?

Back + Improvements + Writing

Hey guys!

It's been two weeks and I'm back from my break. It was nice to think about what has been wrong with my posts lately and what has been keeping the quality down. Here are some things I have thought about during the past couple weeks. I just realized it kind of sounds like I'm whining and telling my readers to buck up and get used to my blogging style, but I'm not. I'm just sorting out my thoughts on paper. This is me thinking to myself.

  • I'm not part of a specific community. I have lots of friends from different blogging communities, but I don't feel like a part of any of them. I don't live in Missouri and have 10 siblings, but I'm not a squealy fangirl who only gets an hour of sleep every night and only wears black and fedoras. But I don't post a bunch of pictures about my life every single day, or post a bunch of photos of me wearing different pieces of clothing and makeup products either. And the blog isn't one to go with my YouTube channel, it's vice-versa. So I feel like I'm not even close to any "niche". I post whatever I would like to post, and if people want to read it they read it. If people like it they follow.
  • Lack of comments. I'm not trying to whine here and complain that nobody has been leaving comments. But no comments at all on posts doesn't motivate me to create quality posts because I feel like nobody is reading them.
  • I need to know what my readers like. What kind of posts will YOU GUYS read?? What kind of posts on my blog do you enjoy the most? I've made a survey, so pleeease click here and give your input. Thank you. :D
Also, I've been doing a lot of editing on my book The Mystery on the Train (the name will probably change). I need motivation! I need a writing buddy! If you don't know what that is it's basically two people who encourage each-other, maybe have word wars, email back-and-forth about the struggles of writing a book. If you are interested shoot me an email (

Thanks for reading guys! :)

I Need a Break

Yeah, I know, I'm taking yet another break. I feel like the quality of my posts has gone down and hardly anybody seems to be reading them. Idk, I feel like they are filler posts and I haven't really be putting a ton of work into them. I just need to figure myself out. See you again in a couple weeks. I'll still get on social media/Gmail so if you want to talk to me feel free to do so there.

Beautiful People - September 2016

I am going to be participating in the linkup Beautiful People, hosted by Sky at Further up and Further In and Cait at Paper Fury. If you want to learn more about the linkup and do it for yourself, you can click the picture below! As always I will be using my character Olivia from my Star Trek fanfiction. :)

1). How did you come up with this character?
Well actually Olivia has existed for 2 years now. She's undergone a lot of changes. :P The plotline, where she lives, where she came from, her last name, etc. Originally she was created for a series of short-stories taking place on the Enterprise in an online newspaper I wrote for. When I quit writing for it I still used Olivia for roleplay purposes, and then I finally just decided to write a novella with her for fun.

2). Have they ever been starving? Why? And what did they eat to break the fast?
Probably. If she was taken hostage by aliens or something and their form of torture was starvation. I'm not sure if that actually happened though, you'll have to ask her about it. ;)

3). Do they have a talent or skill that they are proud of?
Not really, unless a sarcastic and warped sense of humor counts as a talent...she's very proud of how "funny" she is...

4). List 3 things that would make them lose their temper.
People brushing her off because she's a kid, Klingons (ugh), people thinking she has a perfect life because she's the daughter of a starship captain.

5). What is their favorite type of weather? Least favorite?
She loves rain. Gloomy days. Thunderstorms. That's one of the things she misses about earth, it never rains in space. Least favorite is probably Winter.

6). What is their Hogwarts house and/or MBTI personality?
Olivia is a Gryffindor and ESFP-T.

7). Are they more likely to worry about present problems, or freak out about the unknown future?
Olivia has learned throughout her years in space that you need to learn to take things in stride and not worry about tomorrow. Because no matter how many times you try to guess what will happen, it never does. It's always something unexpected. It's more beneficial to worry about current problems.

8). What is their favorite thing to drink?
She loves the Pumpkin Spice Mocha from Starbucks...sadly Starbucks is long gone 200 years from now and historians believe it was actually a mind-control headquarters/attempt to take over the world, making teenagers go crazy obsessed for this specific coffee...but nobody knows for sure. ;)

9). What is their favorite color? Least favorite?
Her favorite color is a goldish yellow. She doesn't really have a least favorite color.

10.). What is the book that changed their life?
I guess you could say Emma by Jane was a signed copy she found in her stepfather's attic, and it led her to explore more and find the time-travel device she used to get to the Enterprise.

There we go! Hope you all enjoyed! :)

Movie Review - Now You See Me (2013)

Hello everyone!

Recently I went to a sleepover and my friends and I all watched the movie Now You See Me together. I thought it would be a good movie to review, so here we go!

Charismatic magician Atlas leads a team of talented illusionists called the Four Horsemen. Atlas and his comrades mesmerize audiences with a pair of amazing magic shows that drain the bank accounts of the corrupt and funnel the money to audience members. A federal agent and an Interpol detective intend to rein in the Horsemen before their next caper, and they turn to Thaddeus, a famous debunker, for help.

Now, let me just start by saying, this movie is rated PG-13, and mostly for language. The s-word and a-word are in abundance, and a couple other worse ones used less often. Surprisingly, there wasn't much actual violence. There were chase scenes, and there was the classic car-blow-up scene, plenty of guns and fist-fights, but nothing extremely gory and not a lot of blood.
And...yes...there was one sexual part right at the beginning (talk about making a good first impression, Now You See Me. Ugh) where the guy takes the girl to his apartment, but then he kicks her out because he has super important spy business. :P The scene was about two or three minutes long. I would have preferred not to have seen that part, but it wasn't as bad as other movies.

Anywho, now that we've gotten that stuff out of the way...I actually really liked the movie itself. I hate the swearing and that one part, obviously, but the plot and the magic tricks and the entire scheme was really cool.
I think my favorite part was the ending, with the carousel and the colors on the building...that's all I can say without spoiling it. xD AND THAT PLOT TWIST AT THE END, THOUGH. I felt really bad for Thaddeus...:P
My friends were also spewing out facts throughout the entire movie (they had all seen it before except me) about how a lot of the tricks were the real thing. I thought that was pretty cool, too.
It was hard to follow the storyline at some points (that might be partly due to the fact that we were a little distracted...talking and doing slumber party stuff...and seeing who could stuff their faces with the most chocolate sprinkles...) and it was very fast-paced, but I could follow it well enough to understand what what happening.
There was too much swearing for it to be on my top favorites list), but it was an enjoyable movie for me. 3.5 stars out of 5.

~Lydia~ <3
And in case you were wondering, I got four hours of sleep.

Screen Free Week

I'm going to be the first to admit that I was very addicted to the computer. (And still am, sort of.) I have tried to gradually cut back on it, but it didn't really work. So, I decided I was going to be doing screen free week. No computer, iPads, phones, Wii, or anything like that.
Sooo...while I was having dinner with my family I told them what I was going to do this week and not to tempt me. :P Surprisingly, they all joined up with me. My mom could check her email once-in-awhile, and I was allowed to look at Etsy sometimes with Jo (we both like looking at vintage clothing together xD), but that was it. And we could also watch TV, but only after 6:00 at night. Also during the end of the week Jo and I allowed ourselves to make goofy musical.lys. xD

So, here are some things I did and observations I made during the week.

I kept almost going to the computer by habit during the first couple days if I found myself bored with nothing to do.
Jo and I are pretty good at doing tricks on our bikes.
We went "fishing"...really we just swam but it was still fun.
I got into basketball and am looking into joining a team.
Jo and I finally watched DokiDoki Precure together (something we've been meaning to do for FOREVER)
Cure Sword is my favorite.
We made some really, really weird musical.lys. xD
I discovered embroidery!
I shopped for fabric for a new dress I want to make at JoAnn's.
I spent lots of time with my family.
I watched The Twilight Zone with my dad for the first time and it's so creepy but awesome at the same time.
I got a lot of math done (which is good, I'm so behind it's not even funny)

All of that because I wasn't sitting on my behind staring at a screen! Half of these things I never would have done if I was able to the use the computer. Not using it gives you a strange feeling of freedom...
*cue Pink Sheep Illuminati music*

ANYWAY! That was my week without screens. Hope you guys enjoyed! And I seriously recommend trying this for yourself, it's so worth it. :D

The Quote Game

Today we're going to be playing another game. This time it's called The Quote Game. It's fairly simple. I'll be listing 10 quotes from 10 famous people, and all you have to do is guess who said which quote!
In the interest of fairness, please do not look up any of the quotes. Thanks! :D Have fun -

#1 - "Nothing is impossible. The word itself says 'I'm possible.'"
#2 - "I'm intimidated by the fear of being average."
#3 - "Nothing that you have not given away will ever be really yours."
#4 - "Lost time is never found again."
#5 - "I'm one of those people who really wants to do everything. And if I had enough time, I really would."
#6 - "Within the covers of the Bible are the answers for all the problems men face."
#7 - "Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world."
#8 - "You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't loose it."
#9 - "It's kind of fun to do the impossible."
#10 - "Dress shabbily and they remember the dress. Dress impeccably and they remember the woman."

There we go! The answers will be posted next week.

Thanks for reading!

Blogging Olympics Tag

I love the Olympics. It's playing on my TV right now. So when I saw this tag on Mary's blog, I knew I had to do it. :D (To everyone who tagged me for other tags, thank you! I am working on a big tag post which will hopefully be up soon).

-Use the Blogging Olympics image (or make your own)
-Thank the person who tagged you and list the rules
-Answer the Olympics themed questions (feel free to make your own!)
-Tag others!

1. TEAM?
USA all the way!!! WOOOOO!!!

Diving, horse jumping, or maybe floor gymnastics. Or beam - when I was younger I used to pretend I was an Olympic gymnast and used to do all sorts of leaps on my "beam". ;)

I'm going to be really unique here and say gymnastics. ;) It's so much fun to see people do all those awesome flips and tricks!
I also love vollyball!! For me it's one of the most intense sports to watch in the Olympics and when I watch it I can usually be found screaming that that ball WAS IN!!!

Oh, goodness, I admire so many Olympians. The entire USA gymnastics team, Kerri Walsh Jennings, April Ross, and Justin Gatlin.
April Ross and Kerri Walsh Jennings
The USA Women's Gymnastics Team 2016
I play tennis, which is super fun! It's so satisfying to hear the "thwack" of the tennis ball when it hits the racket.

Before this year's Olympics I would have said Winter. But now I'm not so sure. I didn't think I would really like the Summer Olympics, but I've actually been watching it almost every single day since it started.
I think it's equal, tbh. :D

Hahahahaha. Hahahahaha. No. :P

8. A SPORT THAT SHOULD BE IN THE OLYMPICS? that already part of it? If not it should be. But without all the stunts which put real people at risk, please and thank you.

"What was I thinking?

Somewhere in Alaska! I think that would be so cool!

There you have it! I tag...
anybody who has been rooting hard for their favorite country this Summer Olympics. ;)

Also, today is Ben Barnes's birthday! He is officially 35! So please wish him a great year. :D

I'm back from vacation! I had an awesome time, but I'm glad to be home again. (This time for awhile!)
Glossier teamed up with me and encouraged me to answer the question: how do you do pink? I found inspiration in their line of beauty products and the color pink to put together this outfit.

The dress is from Lauren Conrad. I love all the different colors of pink on it!

The blush is from bareMinerals.

And the matte lipgloss is from NYX. I really like this shade, Soft Lavender.

And my shoes are from Walmart. The dress has black accents to it, so I thought the shoes would tie in nicely.

There you have it! My pink-themed outfit. ;) I hope you all enjoyed!

Thanks for reading!

White Mountains - 2016

I am going to be on vacation starting tomorrow (how ironic XD) so I won't be seeing or moderating comments until I get back.

In case you didn't know, in late July I went on a super fun vacation in the White Mountains. We go there every Summer, and this year some friends let us borrow their pop-up camper for a week. It was so much fun and we are planning on going back next year in the pop-up camper again.

Here are some pictures and stories from our trip. WARNING: Very picture-heavy! ;)

The first morning of the camping trip, (after we had gotten there that night) Jo and I woke up at about 5:00 to this. We got a waterfront campsite with a lovely little beach overlooking the pond the campground surrounded, so we saw a beautiful sunrise every morning.

The water looks like it's cotton candy!

A little while later we went kayaking! Because we had a waterfront site we could easily go whenever we wanted. :D

That's me fishing. I caught one fish throughout the whole trip. Jo caught six. :P

This is us at Storyland! It's an adorable theme park (more geared for little kids but who cares) that we've been going to for years. Actually since I was one. This is us in front of a (rather creepy) talking tree. XD The wall behind it is where you can write your name with chalk on the "branches".

I'm the one with her hands raised. I've been on this roller coaster a million times. XD

Jo wanted to go on the antique car ride they had so I went with her. She doesn't look like a very good driver here with her hands off the wheel. ;)

The next morning we had bacon, eggs and toast! Jo doesn't like eggs so she just had the other two things. She made bacon toast. This is her eating it. XD

We went to Storyland again the day afterward. I used to be obsessed with this mountain hut thing when I was little (it's really cute) so of course we had to go in. ;)

We could also go swimming whenever we wanted right off the campsite. :D

We did go to a bigger beach, though.

Jo wanted help with her sandcastle. :D

We used the dutch oven a couple times. We made peach cobbler and ham and cheese potatoes (that's what's in the oven right now).

I had such a fun time during our trip and I'll never forget it! Thanks to our friends for being so AWESOME and letting us borrow their trailer!! :D

Thanks for reading everyone!
